I almost forgot! My favorite part of summer is turning on the cold water to brush my teeth and being greeted by the flow of warm water. Ahhh, the joy.

Liz, I had to laugh at this comment, because we experience a similar joy in our upstairs bathroom. We turn on the cold faucet and not only does the water come out warm, but it gets scaulding hot before it cools down. This process takes about a full minute before you can get cold water. And this all year long, not just the summer. My boys hate it because both faucets are always hot for the first minute. Old home, old plumbing. Who knows?--sara
